    Enjoy your wardrobe, just be sure to treat it with care. We pride ourselves in maintaining the best quality of clothing available. Upon your return, our team will inspect the item and determine if any cleaning or repair fees apply.

How does the rental process work?

Browse our collection online, choose the items you’d like to rent, and select how many days you’d like to keep them. You can domestic ship, pick up your order locally or have it delivered via Uber Courier — whichever’s more convenient.

Where do I pick up my rental?

You can pick up your order from our local studio during business hours. Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a text or email with pickup details. Your pickup location will be in your rental confirmation email.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We partner with Uber Courier for local same-day delivery. You’ll receive tracking updates directly from Uber once your order is en route.

How do I return my rentals?

Pick up orders are drop-off only. Simply return your items to our studio on or before your scheduled return date. Shipping orders must be covered by the customer and shipped back to the address on your order. Late returns may incur an additional day’s fee.

Can I exchange or return an item once it’s rented?

Because each piece is reserved for your selected dates, we can’t offer exchanges or returns once an item leaves our studio — so please double-check sizes and fit notes before renting.

What happens if I damage an item?

Normal wear and tear is covered, but for significant damage or loss, we may charge up to the item’s retail value. If you notice any issues when you receive your rental, please contact us immediately.

What is the security deposit added at checkout?

A security deposit for the value of the item will be held for each purchase. The card will NOT be charged unless the item is not returned or damaged.
