You can pick up your order from our local studio during business hours. Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a text or email with pickup details.

Yes! We partner with Uber Courier for local same-day delivery. You’ll receive tracking updates directly from Uber once your order is en route.

All rentals are drop-off only. Simply return your items to our studio on or before your scheduled return date. Late returns may incur an additional day’s fee.

Because each piece is reserved for your selected dates, we can’t offer exchanges or returns once an item leaves our studio — so please double-check sizes and fit notes before renting.

Nope! Cleaning is included in your rental. Just drop your items off as-is — we handle all professional cleaning and garment care.

Normal wear and tear is covered, but for significant damage or loss, we may charge up to the item’s retail value. If you notice any issues when you receive your rental, please contact us immediately.
